 പ്രധാന ചേരുവകൾ : 
നിലവേപ്പ് , തുളസി , ചിറ്റമൃത് , കൂവളം , ത്രികടു ചൂർണ്ണം , കുരുമുളക് , തിപ്പലി , ത്രിഫലചൂർണ്ണം , നെല്ലിക്ക , കടുക്ക , ഗോണ്ഡി ഭസ്മം 

1 ക്യാപ്സ്യൂൾ വീതം 8 മണിക്കൂർ ഇടവിട്ട് മൂന്നു ദിവസം.അതിനു ശേഷം രാവിലെയും വൈകീട്ടും 1 ക്യാപ്സ്യൂൾ വീതം ഭക്ഷണശേഷം കഴിക്കുക.
